The organization
The Learn & Work Ecosystem Library is a national platform connecting workforce development organizations with resources, tools, and best practices.
The challenge
A national knowledge base is only as good as its infrastructure. The LEWL platform needed a technology partner who understood both the workforce landscape and how to ship.
What we did
We serve as strategic technology partner, implementing digital strategies for the LEWL platform and partner projects.

The outcome
The library has become shared infrastructure for the national learn-and-work movement, powering six national initiatives with partners including Strada, SHRM Foundation, and C-BEN. One collaborative alone has drawn nearly 1,900 resource downloads from 19 member organizations; another catalogs 731 resources viewed more than 14,000 times this year.
