Massanutten Resort is a large-scale four seasons property in the mountains of Virginia. While their family-friendly approachable image is widely known, they are continually seeking to evolve and improve their guest experience, from check in and navigating to guests’ residences to ski passes and water park reservations.

Working with one of our trusted partners, Fuel Digital, we were asked to lead the UX/UI design while Fuel ran the development. This seamless and complementary partnership gave the client a design-centric approach with deep technical knowledge. We were able to take the client’s requests for features and functionality, create an interactive guide for development, and bring the brand to life through an extensive screen-by-screen design process.
